  1. What kind of lawyer would I need to file a lawsuit against Clayton Homes? My house has mold because of a faulty fan. My lights flicker. My front porch light doesn’t work at all. I have had to have the electric redone in my son’s room. The kitchen floor, cabinets, and plumbing has been redone twice and now I have filed another claim because the floor is bubbling up. None of the septic worked correctly when we moved in. I have receipts from all work orders. I had to continuously call Clayton Homes to repair things when we first moved in and they have been awful to work with. I am living in a shit hole of a house and it is supposed to be brand new and in great condition. I need legal advise and help.
